Thank you so very much. Daily updates chunked the story in a wonderful way, and. I do believe th spirit came through best this way, after a live reading.
Thank you for running this! I'd never read the story itself before and found it really rewarding (and, ok, a liiiiitle maudlin in parts). This has been a great way to engage with the text and get into the Christmas spirit--I looked forward to the emails in my inbox every day.
Best wishes to you and yours for a happy New Year!
I'm late in finishing, but this was a truly delightful experience, reading along and getting to read others' observations and insights. Thanks so very much for posting, and happy holidays to you all.
Thank you so much for doing this! I’ve read A Christmas Carol several times before but this is my first ”daily” reading experience and it was such a perfect choice for this format. Merry christmas and a happy new year to you all!
A classic that I’d never read. And I’m in my 60s!! A joy to read it this way as part of a group of like-minded readers. Thanks so much for sharing it in this way. Clever and very much appreciated.
In Which Scrooge Plays a Prank, And Everyone Lives Happily Ever After
Thank you so much for doing this. It was nice to have something to look forward to for the past few weeks. Happy New Year to you!
This was so wonderful! Thank you so much for doing it!
I love how at the end, they talk about all the people who laughed at Scrooge becoming good, and said that that was their problem 😂
Thank you again for doing this, it was such a lovely idea!

I loved Scrooge's little prank and him using his grim old boss voice "near as he could feign it".
And Cratchit immediately thinks the man has lost his mind.
That the two become friends in the end is the best possible outcome. Bob can now support his family and Ebenezer is no longer alone.
This is such a beautiful story. Everyone should read it.
Thank you warrioreowyn for this fun project and Happy New Year to all fellow readers. 🥳
